Technology

Well, writing about my first interactions with technology are some of the saddest things I can think of. Usually because within a few days of me touching it.. It died.
When I was five, my mom decided to get a computer of her own. Being as how computers were the new and cool thing. Of course, seeing as how my sperm donater decided to up and leave that year, we had little to no money. My grandma thought that my mom could use her old computer from work since her company decided to upgrade. So of course my mom was excited to know that "Hey, it's a free computer!!!"Even though it had the slowest processor known to man. Being around five at the time I really didn't know how to use it or what it did. So of course I used the most logical thing I could think of at the time. PRESS ALL THE BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME!!! which then somehow resulted in a fatal error... and my mom's week old computer dieing of a horrendous case of computer Aids.
Ever since then, Technology has not been particularly on my side. Infact, recently my mom's latest computer died from another attack from the vicious computer Aids virus. So sadly, now I resort to being around a computer about once to twice a week when I go to a friends house or do a fair trade of yard work for computer time at an elderly lady's house. Or in the rare cases of using the computer at school.
So now working with blogs interests me. Seeing how others can go on and post as often as they like about anything they choose. Pretty cool. So thank you Ms. Peifer for showing us they way of they mysterious blogs, and how they can change the way of our work.
